Photo Balloons For Social And Corporate Events
By Sylvia Adolvana
Photo balloons are a popular party add on, used to brighten
up an event or social occasion. They are balloons with a photographic image or a quote.
Photographic images can be placed anywhere. They can
be on the internet, on coffee mugs, on cards, on posters,
in books and magazines.
Photographs can also be placed on balloons, to bring
cheer to a party or social gathering or corporate events.
It may be the spark to bring the variety needed to generate
interest to an otherwise dull event.
Sure, balloons are fun. We all know what a delightful
accent they can be to any party. Watching a balloon
float merrily around the room is like a little ray of
sunshine. Lightens up the place with something unique
and different.
We traditionally know them in an array of plain, undistinguished
solid colors. However, there's a far better way to celebrate
absolutely any occasion. An eighth wonder of the world,
photo balloons can supply a unique and stunning presentation
to parties.

Photo balloons can have actual photos, logos, or sayings
printed on them. They are perfect for birthdays, Christmas,
weddings, graduation and New Year's parties, other social
occasions or even at corporate events. They are used
to bring variety to the event and maintain interest.
Some of these balloons could confirm the reason for
the event. For example, if its a corporate event, they
may have a company logo or a motivational quote. For
a birthday party, the balloons may have a photo of the
birthday boy as a child.
Special screen printing
Photo balloons are created using a special type of
screen printing. If you want a particular logo or saying
printed, you'll need to bring your artwork to the balloon
specialist.
The words and font should be clearly drawn or printed
on a piece of paper. Remember that the design shouldn't
have too much detail, because this can be lost in the
complex printing system. Instead, stick to large letters
and a font that isn't too fancy.
Photo on a balloon
Another type of photo balloon, on which an actual photo
is printed on a regular latex balloon, is offered by
some printing services. In this case, you can choose
just about any photo you wish.
If you're ordering through an Internet service that
provides photo balloons, simply email a digital copy
of the picture as an attachment. Make sure to send it
in the .jpg or .gif format. Most services do not accept
any other format. Check requirements with the provider
before placing an order.
Use Photo Balloons to build a theme
A latex photo balloon is unique because it customizes
your party. Say, for example, you're throwing a Christmas
party. A great idea would be to involve the guest directly
in your photo balloons.
About four weeks in advance, ask your guests to send
you their favorite Christmas photos. Make sure that
each person has copies of their photos, because these
photos cannot be retrieved once sent to the printer.
Sort through them all, and take the best ones to be
printed as photo balloons.
Be sure each guest is represented with at least one
photo. Imagine your delighted guests as they look in
awe at all the delightful Christmas memories floating
around the room.
Corporate promotion
For a more formal event, such as a company office party
celebrating its 10th anniversary, logos or mottoes can
make good photo balloons. The company name could be
printed on some balloons, while inspirational quotes
are printed on others.
After the party, give the balloons away to guests,
as it will be good promotion for the company.
Giving a party with a set of photo balloons is sure
to imprint the occasion in your guest's minds, leaving
them with a splendid image of your event.
Childrens parties
Photo balloons are also good for childrens parties,
with a photo of the birthday child on the balloon is
sure to give cheer to all the children. The children
can then use the balloons to play around the room.
It will keep them occupied and eat less and encourage
them to be more active. You will hear much more laughter
as children pass the balloons from one to another.
Just hope the photo balloons do not make too much noise
when they explode.
I am sure that will quieten some of the children. While
others will continue playing as if nothing happened.
