Subliminal Hypnosis Is Easy To Learn

By Sylvia Adolvana

Some hypnotism techniques have been around since ancient times. As such, subliminal hypnosis is considered a natural part of treatments for physical, social and psychological issues.

The effect of hypnotism depends upon the willingness and motivation of the person being hypnotized, and the state of being hypnotized can be compared with dreaming and sleepwalking.

Some of the popular subliminal communication hypnotism techniques include conversational or covert hypnosis, handshake induction, hypnosis spiral, progressive relaxation, bright and sublimated hypnosis objects.

Conversational Hypnotism

Conversational is known to be one of the best hypnotism techniques. It occurs when a person who is hypnotized is not aware of the fact that they are hypnotized. It is very effective when the audience trusts the person conducting the hypnotism.

Handshake induction is a technique that puts the intended audience into a trance-like phase for a short time. With this type of hypnosis, every second is important. The hypnotist will make the suggestions very quickly, for a better impact occurs the faster the suggestions are made.

The Swinging Pendulum In Spiral Hypnosis

Hypnosis spiral is a technique of hypnotism that develops into a trance-like state. It is induced by the use of an object moving in a spiral. It is the best method to achieve the desired result of hypnotism more quickly and effectively. As seen in movies, the object that is used is usually the swinging pendulum.

Progressive relaxation is the recommended method used in many clinical settings. During this technique, a hypnotic trance is induced in the subject by tensing each muscle, which is then followed by relaxing each one until the person reaches a completely relaxed state. The subject is then open to suggestion.

Close Your Eyes And Relax

The technique known as bright objects resembles the hypnosis spiral. During this technique, the subject is focused on a shiny and bright object. This happens until it becomes difficult to focus and the eyelids of the subject become heavy.

At this time, the hypnotist will start to speak and give the suggestion to close the eyes and relax. The subject will comply and the session will start if the mind of the subject is open to suggestion.

Doing Your Job More Efficiently

Subliminal hypnosis is fairly easy for a beginner to learn due to the wide variety of areas in life where it proves to be useful. It is a tool that almost anyone can learn to use in order to influence other people.

It is a subliminal power that everyone should consider learning. Let’s face it, who wouldn’t want to be able to influence and control a rapt audience? Who wouldn’t want to have that skill in their repertoire? It can help you do your job more efficiently and can positively influence your social life.

Changing The Way One Thinks

It may sound silly, but in many ways, subliminal hypnosis is similar to the methods used by the Jedi from the movie Star Wars. By simply waving his hand a certain way in front of a person’s face, a Jedi can change the way an individual thinks.

With subliminal persuasion though, rather than waving one’s hand, a person can use a complicated though easy to learn set of procedures to confuse another person’s brain. This makes the brain far more open to the power of suggestion and allows you to encourage an individual to do what you want.

More Subliminal Facts....

What movies have tried using subliminals?
Most of the time when a movie uses subliminals it is very tongue in cheek. They do it obviously and as an attempt to make fun of the people that swear that subliminal advertising is influencing the world.

Some use it as a backdrop or prop for a science fiction movie. "Josie and the Pussycats" was a movie entirely devoted to a musical group that was the front for a diabolical scheme to take over the world through subliminal messages imbedded in the music.

The joke at the end was that the government shut down the scheme and proclaimed that it only worked in movies. They even flashed the words "Join the army" at the end of the movie. In the science fiction movie "Serenity" subliminal words embedded in a commercial was used to activate one of the main characters into a fighting machine.
