Subliminal Program Helping To Escape Addiction

By Sylvia Adolvana

Do scientists’ know the full potential of the human brain and the true power of the mind? No, they do not, and so it is a question that remains unanswered, even in our technologically advanced world.

Because this is so, it is the advent of subliminal technology that has given humans a peek inside their psyches. Listening to the positive subliminal messages of a subliminal program can give a glimpse into the power and mystery of the subconscious mind.

Let’s look at an example of a person who has been suffering from an addiction for many years. This addiction can range from anything like overeating to nicotine addiction to sexual addiction.

Analyzing An Addiction

What we should understand is that the addiction is not in the actual substance of the product; the actual food, the actual nicotine or even those base components in the addiction.

The most important ingredient when analyzing an addiction is the intangible one that has been rooted deep inside the brain. What happens with addiction is that the mind associates the euphoric feeling of the addiction, instantly registering associations on a basic emotional level.

The Cyclic Nature Of The Brain

The chemical reactions and the good feelings that are released when someone smokes a cigarette are registered inside the brain and are immediately associated with the cigarette.

What happens next? The brain is exposed to a dangerous formula and because this is tied to emotions as well, it is processed directly in the subconscious mind. This means that it gets trained in the cyclic nature of the brain.

Listening To Subliminal Messages

It gets processed and evolves as a mental process and finally morphs into a full blown addiction and becomes critical to our body process.

So how do you train yourself to respond to subliminal messages and where can they be hidden? A subliminal program can be inserted into a movie, inside images and sounds. You can add subliminal messages to audio recordings, such as a subliminal MP3 or CD, which can be listened to anywhere or anytime that is convenient for you.

You can listen to these messages even while driving your car. When you need to remain alert, subliminal messages can be sent to your subconscious mind. Even while walking, watching TV, working or reading, you can be absorbing these messages.

Re-Programming Your Mind

Positive subliminal thoughts are positive phrases that are directed to the subconscious mind in the form of a subliminal program to try to re-program the way the mind thinks. When your subconscious mind is programmed in a positive way, you receive positive results.

It does not matter if your mind is contaminated with negative thoughts, you are a free to decide what is it that you want from your life, and re-programming the mind is the best way to banish those negative associations.

More Subliminal Facts....

What instruments have been used for subliminals?
The most common instrument, or rather medium, used for subliminals has been through video or film. It is far easier to insert a brief flash of a message into a movie or commercial than it is to put it on a music track. The reason is because it is a visual identifier.

The idea is to flash a certain message at periodic intervals quickly. The brain processes these flashes even though the viewer is unaware of what they have seen. There have been many cases where this was used in movies and television shows just make fun of the idea of subliminal advertising.
